1. What Cleverlist is

Cleverlist is a voice-driven classifieds service. You speak what you are looking for, you speak what you want to post, and the app searches, posts, and navigates for you — hands-free.

2. Data we collect

• Account information — if you register, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password so you can sign back in.
• Listings you post — the title, description, price, category, and location you provide are published so other users can find them.
• Voice input — your spoken commands are processed by your device’s speech recognition (your browser or the operating system) to understand what you asked. Cleverlist does not record or store audio of your voice.
• Device basics — standard, anonymous usage data (browser type, approximate region) needed to keep the service working and secure.

3. How we use your data

To provide the service: process your search and posting commands, keep your account working, show your listings to other users, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

4. What you post is public

Classifieds are public by nature: anything you post — including your listed location — can be seen by anyone using Cleverlist. Post only what you are comfortable sharing publicly.

5. Storage & security

Account passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in plain text. Data is hosted by our infrastructure providers with industry-standard security. While we work to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

You can delete any listing you have posted at any time, and you can delete your account by contacting us. You can also use Cleverlist without registering — guest searches and posts work without an account.

7. Children

Cleverlist is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page. Continued use of Cleverlist after changes means you accept the updated policy.
